This video isn’t meant to “fix” the holiday or winter blues — it’s simply sharing a small moment of comfort that helped lift my mood that day. Scent can be personal and situational, so take what resonates and leave the rest. If you’re going through a heavier season, I’m really glad you’re here — and I hope you’re being kind to yourself.

Hey fam, so this was really supposed to be a four-candle review, like a little mini haul from Goose Creek review. And after burning this one candle, I don’t know, y’all, the way it made me feel, I just stopped. And I was like, you know what, I’m going to just take a few minutes and review this one candle, ‘cuz maybe someone else is going through something similar.
So the label is very generic, pretty plain. You wouldn’t think that it smelled as good as it does. So let’s talk about the scent notes: Pink Berries, Sponge Sugar, and Cotton Candy Clouds.
For a lot of folks, and rightfully so, this is really not, I guess, a winter, especially holiday candle. It’s more of that “hold on, spring is coming” kind of candle. And I guess that’s what I needed today. It’s soft, creamy, um, it is a little sweet, but not sugary sweet. The Cotton Candy Clouds kind of made me a little nervous that this might be a little too sugary, but it is not.
On hot, and I’m about to sound like the oldest person probably reviewing candles, but this smelled divine. This really smelled divine. I mean it smelled really good. The throw is really light, it’s like a six, six and a half, maybe. But I’m telling you, the Pink Berries and Sponge Sugar is like that morning cup of coffee. It is like a boost. And I was taking down a tree and trying to, um, to get all my decorations put away, and I had this burning, and, oh my gosh, it’s like I had to actually stop midway to just like really enjoy the scent.
Sometimes, you know, a candle can change how the room feels, and that’s what this one did for me. If you’re someone who kind of struggles a bit like me post-holiday, this type of scent can really help shift your mood. What I really like about Pink Snowflakes is that it doesn’t feel locked into the holidays. So after all my decorations are down and winter kind of drags on, I can still burn this and it’s still going to smell amazing.
I know a lot of folks are still doing the pine and the, um, earthy scents for Christmas, which is wonderful, but I’m not a big pine scent person. I really like the fruity and, um, the bright scents. And even though the throw is low, it’s still a great candle. Like, you just sit it in the room where you’re in and enjoy it.
There was nothing artificial about this scent. It didn’t… it smelled fine. The, the it burned fine. No tunneling. Uh, it was just a nice, light, fruity, sweetish candle that uplifted my mood and made me smile midway from taking down my decorations.
So, I don’t know if this will resonate with anyone, but if you’re feeling like I’m feeling some days after the holiday, spring is coming, spring is coming. So thanks for spending a few minutes with me, and as always, stay comfy, stay cozy. Until next time.
