Hey, welcome. Let’s start this morning with some Goose Creek goodies. Let’s do a quick review of these three sweet wicks and see if Goose Creek got it right. Starting with my least fave (“I’m surprised fam”) …
The White icing Cinnamon Rolls… Yeah, this one. I for sure thought we’d be on constant burn. It sold out early on the GC website. Reviews said smells like the real thing. Be prepared to be hungry. You know how it goes. But what I wasn’t prepared for was ten minutes of burning and I need to blow it out. Under the warmer, it’s a little better, but by itself the scent is over the top. It was really overwhelming. I’d say try the melt first before buying. Not feeling this one. For me, this one is a pass.
Betty Crocker, banana nut muffin. Now we’re talking. You were repping old school here. Cold throw is pretty strong. If you leave off the lid, close your bathroom door. It’s going to hit you right away on hot. It really does smell like a banana nut muffin.
I only need to burn it 30 minutes tops and the vents continue to carry it all through the house right away. The banana and muffin aroma fills your space. The walnut scent is a little lighter than what I would have liked, but is still smells amazing. Overall, the scent smells authentic and it makes me want to do a coffee run! Been burning this one for a while now. Did Goose Creek get this one, right? No complaints here. This one is a keeper.
Espresso Cake Pop. I am loving this scent. If you’re a coffee person like me, and you like to come down in the morning to what smells like your own personal coffee house. This candle right here, this is for you.
The blend is perfect. The right mix of espresso beans, chocolate cake, vanilla cake batter frosting, sprinkles. Are you serious? This smells delicious. Hubby actually came downstairs looking for coffee. It’s not overwhelming. Great for small events or gatherings or just you. And if you enjoy the scent of coffee beans and a little chocolate, you’re going to want to pick this one up.
